Vendor Terms

Selling requires an approved vendor account. You must provide accurate business and contact information, hold clear title to the items you list, and have the legal right to sell them. We may approve, decline, or revoke vendor status at our discretion.

• Describe items accurately and disclose known flaws, repairs, or condition issues.
• Use your own photos or images you have the right to use.
• Set honest prices, and don’t misrepresent authenticity, materials, age, or origin.
• Keep inventory and availability current.

You may not list items that are:

• Illegal to sell, counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent.
• Restricted goods you’re not authorized to sell (for example, certain protected wildlife materials such as ivory, or other regulated items).
• Recalled or unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by law or by these terms.

AuctionBuddha.com may charge listing fees and a commission on sales. The applicable rates — including any separate auction commission — are shown in your vendor dashboard or set out in your vendor agreement and may be updated with notice. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales.

Buyers pay by invoice rather than on-site card charges. Until automated payouts are available, sale proceeds (less applicable fees and commission) are reconciled and paid out by AuctionBuddha.com management. Payout timing and method will be confirmed with you. You agree to keep your payout details accurate.

Running timed auctions requires separate auction approval. Auction sales are also governed by our Auction Terms. Once an auction lot is live, listing changes may be restricted.

You must fulfill orders promptly after payment and communicate respectfully with buyers. You agree to use buyer information only to complete the transaction and to protect buyer privacy in line with our Privacy Policy. Do not use buyer contact details for unrelated marketing.

You keep ownership of the content and images you upload. By listing on the platform, you grant AuctionBuddha.com a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote that content to operate and market the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

We may suspend or terminate a vendor account for violations of these terms, inaccurate listings, non-fulfillment, buyer complaints, legal risk, or fraud. You may stop selling at any time, subject to completing open orders. Provisions on fees, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuctionBuddha.com from claims arising out of your listings, your items, your sales, or your violation of these terms or the law.
